ILS 2019 launches

The National Centre for Writing and British Council are excited to announce the beginning of the new International Literature Showcase for 2019. Consisting of six individual showcases, each championing a specific aspect of UK literature, the ILS will run throughout 2019 and 2020 with special guest curators contributing the showcase lists.

Curating the first showcase is Elif Shafak, with her selection of 10 great UK women writers.
