Tablo’s Take on the Future of Publishing

The Tablo team on making radical changes to the publishing model

Continuing our exploration of digital literature from Melbourne Digital Writers' Festival...

After struggling to publish his own book, young-author Ash Davies dropped out of university to start Tablo. The goal was to create a platform that allowed anybody to write and publish a book. Four years later, the Melbourne based company has created one of the largest writing and reading platforms in the world, publishing work from authors in over 150 countries and uncovering a number of bestsellers in the process. Join Ash and the team from Tablo as they talk about the radical changes to the publishing model that change the way your work is uncovered.

Presented in partnership with State Library Victoria and Tablo.
